Name Type the name of the sub-service using up to 20

characters. This name identifies the sub-service.

Dial-out Prefix Type the prefix that your PBX needs to dial out in

order to use this service program. Leave this field

blank if a dial-out prefix is not required.

drop-down list. If no special specification is

required, select the NULL option.
